The Conquerors" is a story that began with one hungry, lonely family in the plains of Mongolia, and ended with the Khan ruling an empire larger than the empires of Alexander the Great and Julius Caesar combined, and perhaps the greatest story of transformation from poverty to wealth in history. It is the story of the rivalry of Genghis Khan's descendants to ascend the throne of the Khan's empire, from the installation of Guyuk, son of Ogedei Khan, to the campaign to discipline his cousin Batu, and finally to the ascension of Mong to the throne, that Khan who acted like a father to his brothers Kublai, Hulagu and Erek Boke, and shared the rule with them and cared for them, and like a grandfather when he followed in the footsteps of Genghis Khan, but fate had its say regarding the Mongol nation, Mong was killed, and the struggle for the throne returned again.
