The book "Entrepreneurship - Theory and Practice" adopts the agile startup approach, presenting entrepreneurship as both a theoretical concept and a practical application. Its aim is to be taught at the university level, enriching the Arabic-language educational content on entrepreneurship, and providing examples and case studies of successful Saudi entrepreneurial projects. Previously, establishing a business followed a traditional method requiring writing a business plan and presenting it to investors, then building a team, producing the product or service, and finally starting sales in all possible forms. However, recent research and studies have shown that this method exposes entrepreneurs to challenges and setbacks that increase the likelihood of project failure. Therefore, a new, less risky approach to establishing businesses has emerged: agile startups.
